Patented Features: Our psoas muscle release tool incorporates numerous innovative features. We provide a range of professionally-tested attachment heads. Tailor your recovery to specific muscle groups and anatomical needs with ease. This flexibility ensures that regardless of the muscle group you’re targeting, the tool adapts to provide effective and personalized self-myofascial release.
Comprehensive Guide: Each Thrival Muscle Recovery product comes with an extensive manual, providing detailed instructions and expert tips for optimal use. This comprehensive guide includes step-by-step techniques for targeted muscles, spine decompressor exercises, and hip pain relief. It also covers how to effectively use the product as a neck stretcher. With clear, easy-to-follow directions, you’ll enhance your recovery routine and make the most of your investment.

Absolute game changer for my chronic, disabling back/hip/psoas/iliac pain
I have scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, vertebral compression, sciatica, and arthritis in my back, as well as hip flexor tightness that sometimes leads to constant, painful spasms. The Thrival system has been such an incredible find! It’s been the first real source of relief, and complete compression release, in my low back in YEARS, even outshining the pain relief I get from my (very good) Rolfing (structural alignment) treatments and chiropractic adjustments. There are days when I wake up barely able to walk, and this can turn it around for me where stretching, yoga and NSAIDs can’t. And those meat grinder heads on my hip flexors is divine.I definitely recommend getting the whole system, since different heads are needed to target different muscle groups and do all of the techniques in the quite-impressive user manual, with full color photos and well-written, complete instructions. And the Thrival’s adjustable placement of the heads on the board is crucial – if you buy a non-adjustable tool, it’s just not that likely to hit in the right spots for your body, especially if you want it to work on multiple areas like the Thrival does. Precision is important if you want a safe, effective release. The only bummer was that I assumed the Soft Covers were included (didn’t read the description carefully enough), and Amazon doesn’t sell them. They’re necessary for some of the setups, and prevent adding pain to muscles and skin. You can get them from Thrival’s website directly. This was well worth the price for me. It has increased my mobility and provided effective release tools for my whole body. It has reduced my pain, and frankly, it’s empowering: I can do more, more comfortably. So grateful to have found this company’s products.

Effective with Consistent Use
I got this to relieve tension in my groin which has caused my hips to slightly twist; a side effect after pregnancy. It definitely helps, and the instructions guide is a must to review prior to, and during usage. It tells you where the pressure points are and what settings and pieces are best. With consistent usage you’ll definitely see a difference. Some of those spots may be a bit tender and uncomfortable simply because they are so tight. But stick with it and things will get better.

Like a deep tissue massage – uncomfortable at times but very helpful. Might try the soft covers
*Edit- after 2 weeks of using this, I find itâs been very helpful. Itâs useful for different hip & thigh muscles that are hard to reach, and very helpful for tense calves. Glad I went ahead and got this.Original review: I just got this yesterday and tried it last night. My hip has felt tight and has ached for a year or so. Thatâs my fault for not exercising and stretching as much, but once that problem happens, itâs not easy to address. This works to help release the iliacus muscle and seems to have a very positive effect on other muscles that are affected by it. I already feel much less tension and pain. This is easy to assemble, disassemble and pack when traveling. The meat grinder and other attachments are a super hard plastic . I didnât know there were soft covers available, but there are. Since I didnât purchase them, I doubled a blanket and draped it over the whole thing to soften the pressure. Even with that, it was a lot of pressure, and I feel bruised today. BUT we all know getting to tight muscles like this is going to involve discomfort, so that was no surprise. The takeaway for me is that it seems to help considerably with hip area tension- itâs similar to a deep tissue massage- it may hurt pr be uncomfortable at the time, but it help considerably, so I do it. Iâll continue using this . Curious to know if the soft covers make much difference. Also curious to know if the Aletha hip hook is any more comfortable. If so, Iâd definitely consider trying it based on my experience w thisâ¦

Best Purchase of My Life!
This tool has truly changed my life. For so long, I struggled with hip pain, and traditional stretching never quite reached the spots I needed. This device is an absolute game-changerâit targets all the right pressure points with precision.Yes, itâs uncomfortable, but thatâs exactly how it should be! Itâs incredibly stable and doesnât slide out from under you, making it easy to use for anyone. The muscle relief it provides is unbelievable. I highly recommend getting the rubber covers, as the firmness is quite intense, but itâs absolutely worth every penny. You can even use your HSA/FSA account to purchase it, which is a huge bonus. I would buy this 10 times over. Thank you for giving me a new lease on lifeâIâm walking with so much less stress and significantly more relief. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Works great
I have been suffering with on and off low left sided back pain for many years. After hurting my back a year ago at the gym I tried physical therapy, the chiropractor, stretching and nothing helped. I finally looked up on tik tok how to get rid of SI joint pain because it wasnât really low back it was my SI joint and it would radiate to my hip never up or down my leg. I saw a video where a lady said you need to releases your iliacus muscle and to release your piriformis muscle and I came across this tool. This tool is adjustable so you can get in to different muscles by changing the hooks. After using this tool I finally have no low back pain and I recommend this tool. It seems a little pricey but to have pay $50 dollars each comes for the chiropractor with one days relief this tool is worth it!

A must have product! I much prefer this one over my pso rite. Love that this is adjustable and gets to every spot I need it to + spots I didnât even know was there. Initially I was a little put off by the price but I am so happy I bit the bullet. This is a solid but light weight tool that feels like it will last. My body has never felt better! Make the investment, your body will thank you.

Decided to upgrade from a massage foam roller and try out the Meat Grinder, and no regrets. It’s more expensive but well worth it. Since it’s adjustable, I can target my shorthened iliopsoas very well even tho it’s deep down, and get quick relief. Also tried on other muscle groups as per the booklet and felt the same nice relief.Hmm maybe this can replace a massage therapist… Gonna order the upgrade parts to see what else this device can do.

I’ve been using it for my psoas, glutes, and shoulders and it’s been pretty good releasing the tight muscles. I’ve seen other reviews on the durability but so far no issues yet.

It works. I bought it initially as a supplement tool but lately i find myself reaching for it over my other tools. It is extremely versatile. Apart from reaching hard to reach areas, it also gets to tight spots I didnât even realised was there. I also like that it is easy to use, making it easy for me to relax into it and breathe, which is great.I was concerned initially that it might not have a very solid feel with all the adjustable parts but it is well built, stable, and things fits perfectly. Changing and adjusting the attachments is also relatively fuss free.It is as advertised, that it can access many muscle groups. It does a great job on my lower back, glutes, upper back, neck and legs and psoas. I put a folded towel over the attachments sometimes to reduce pressure. It can get quite intense.I am glad I took a chance and bought it. My body is happy too.

The thing falls apart when I try to squirm around and find the right spots.
