    Feels great!
I have long hair. The strands themselves are very fine and thin, but thankfully there are many strands. I was worried that this massage could break or tangle my hair. I love scalp massages so much that I took the chance, and I am happy to report that it neither breaks nor tangles my hair, and that the massage feels great. My hair is oily, so I haven’t tried the oil function, but I bet using this massager with rosemary oil or whatever oil is supposed to help with hair growth would be the perfect thing for someone who wants to try to regrow some hair. If putting the oil on the scalp by hand is good, then getting it worked in via awesome massage is surely better. But, as I mentioned, I just use this for the massage aspect, so I can’t speak much as to oil stuff.I certainly do recommend it for the massage function, though!

    Good massager
The battery on this massager lasts a long time. I received it and fully charged it and still have not had to recharge either. It has 4 modes which are not much different from each other, just a little quicker than the previous. It does not tangle my hair and even makes waves on it I don’t brush after using it.

Great Scalp Massage, but Oil Control Could Be Better
The Electric Scalp Massager by HairKink offers a relaxing spa-like experience at home, with its unique design combining scalp massage and essential oil distribution. I loved the idea of an oil-infused massage to promote hair growth and scalp health, but there are a few quirks to consider. The massager is USB-C rechargeable and needed charging before the first use. While it has three massage settings, the oil dispensing is not adjustable, and its flow depends on the device’s orientation—more oil dispenses when held vertically compared to horizontally. It’s a bit tricky to clean the oil reservoir, so be prepared for some extra maintenance. The stand included with the unit is a nice touch, preventing oil from spilling onto counters. The food-grade silicone heads feel fantastic on the scalp, although the device is slightly heavy to hold for extended periods. Overall, this scalp massager delivers a satisfying and soothing experience but could use a bit more control over oil distribution and an easier cleaning process.

    Scalp massager, oil infuser
This is an interesting product. Provides an invigorating scalp massage with the added bonus of oil diffusion. Definitely relaxing and an interesting idea, minus the bit of noise factor. The oil output is a bit difficult to control and seems to depend on how the tool is angled; sometimes a lot seems to pour out and then some barely at all. Otherwise functionally is fine. I would say that this is a bit difficult to clean. Also it is the kind of tool that requires another person to be relaxing.

  5. Scarlett

    Feels amazing
If you constantly want someone’s hands in your hair but have nobody to turn to, this is the tool for you. It literally feels like fingers massaging your scalp. The functions are very straightforward, and the battery life lasts for days without issue. Obssesed with this scalp massager it’s a shockingly high quality for the price.

  6. Becca

I love this in theory, but the execution is not good at all!
I love the idea of this, and the considerate touches, like the holder/bowl to keep oil from causing damages when this is not in use. That being said this makes a single repetitive motion and it isn’t pleasant feeling, especially if you have thin hair or are bald. Then it’s extra uncomfortable, and for some people even painful, because the little silicone bits just stick and pull on your skin/hair.

    Very Heavy But Massages Well
If you love getting a scalp massage at the salon and want to experience it at home, this is a great product for relaxation and adding essential oils onto the scalp. The product has a one-button operation (On/Off/Switching Modes) and has four different intensity modes from Gentle, Soothing, Relaxing to Clean Nursing/Deep Intensity. The product could also double for massaging other body parts – neck, back, arms, legs, etc. but keep in mind that it can pinch in certain areas. The massager is charged up using a USB-C connection (cord included) and has a charging base for convenience. It also has red bars on the device so you know how much battery life is left and when you need to charge it. The device will also warn you if it is low on battery and give you a 10-minute warning that it is about to die. If the device is not used, it also has a 10-minute auto-shutoff as a nice safety feature. The massager has 5 massaging heads that are very strong and essential oils can also be added for a more relaxing massage. And because it is rechargeable, you can use it independently away from an outlet. It does have some downsides, however, including its overall weight. It can be cumbersome to hold and cannot be used for long stretches of time without your arms getting tired. I also found that it pulled at my hair. It also states it is waterproof but the charging cord goes directly into the back of the unit. It has a small cover but if it ever gets ripped or damaged, it will no longer be waterproof. The oil reservoir is a nice feature but also difficult to clean when you want to switch to a different oil.Overall, it’s a good product but does have some significant shortcomings.

Doesn’t hold it’s charge long term
I charged it up and used it a couple times 5-10 minutes each time and lost it under stuff for a couple weeks. When I went to use it again I had to recharge it. It does have a four red bars on top to show you how much battery you have left. The design does fit well in the palm of your hand and is comfortable. Each circle of prongs rotates at a nice smooth and slow speed. It’s easy to use and it doesn’t mess knot your hair up although admittedly mine has gotten extremely thin.
