Mostly works as described
The “Azpen Black Electric Scalp Massager” mostly works as described. The only issue I have is the charging indication light. According to the manual, there should be a red light flashing when charging. However, I didn’t see any red light. What I saw were five steady write dots. I couldn’t tell if it is fully charged or still charging. So the first time I saw the five steady lights, I stopped charging and started using it. However, it only lasted 1.5 cycles before I have to recharge it.I decided to charge it overnight regardless of the lights. It now has operated over 5 cycles and still goes strong. The 10 flexible tentacles make it easy to fit any shape and size of heads. There are 4 more massage heads at the center and you have to push down the Massager hard to feel them.I have no problem to pair the Bluetooth speaker with my Pixel 8 pro and play my favorite music while enjoying the 20 minutes massage. The speaker is OK and I don’t expect it to replace any of my music gears.I think it is over priced and frequently on sale with deep discount, like 40% off currently.

Vibrating tentacles
This doesn’t really “massage” your head (there’s no squeezing sensation at all); what it does is send a vibration to each tentacle in a variety of patterns and then at a particular point in the pattern, the 4 nubs on the top of your head do a couple vibrations. If the whole thing vibrated at the same time, I think I’d like it better, but when it’s just a one or two tentacles at a time vibrating in a pattern around your head, it’s kind of a mechanical/jarring feeling. So I didn’t find it relaxing at all while using it, but the top of my head did feel a bit lighter/more relaxed afterwards. I’m not sure if there’s any real benefit to it beyond that.Despite how small/tight it may appear when you first get it, it does stretch/conform to any head size. I have a small head and my husband has a rather big head and we can both use this. The tentacles are very flexible, making it more comfortable than you’d think. It also stays put (doesn’t slip off at all during use).
