Q: Why is the VeSync app showing disconnected constantly?
A: The scale will power off 20 seconds after displaying your body indexes in order to save power. During that time, it will show “disconnected”. To reconnect, turn the scale back on and open the app.
Q: How do multiple users use the same scale?
A: There are 2 ways: (1) Multiple Users with Separate VeSync Accounts. Please note only 5 VeSync accounts can pair with the smart scale at a time. (2) Multiple Users with a Shared VeSync Account. Users who create or log in to a VeSync account can create multiple user profiles within their account. All users can log in to the same account (on their own smartphones) without requiring the other users to log out.
Q: How to do firmware update?
A: Please follow these simple steps: (1) Turn on your phone Bluetooth. (2) Light up the scale. (3) Open the app and click the scale picture to go to the device page. Wait for several seconds for it to connect to Bluetooth. There will be a Bluetooth icon that appears in blue on the screen display when it’s connected. (4) Follow the in-app firmware update instruction to update it. Do not let the scale display turns off when connecting or updating.

Who doesn’t have a love/hate relationship with their scales, right? But as for both design and function, this is the scale you need and it compliments any decor.We have had this scale for many months and I love not only the look, but also how easy it is to read the bright blue digital display. (We purchased this scale for my parents many years ago, and that scale still works great too.)I like hiding the scale under the bathroom sink cabinet and added adhesive felt pads to the feet to slide better in/out, and with the pads, this scale easily fits under the cabinet with just a 1.25″ thickness.

Great build-quality and software for the price point!
Glad I bought this instead of a similar product that is very heavily marketed across social median but more than 2X the cost. I was immediately impressed with the build quality and setup was straightforward. Biggest challenge was figuring out which model I bought so I could set it up with wifi.This scale reads measurements quickly and consistently. It also allows for multiple users to be setup and identifies them accurately when they step on the scale. The metrics are really valuable for those looking to change their health. Highly recommend this scale!

It’s a scale and it’s accurate
We’ve had this scale for quite a while now and we compare to the doctor‘s office when we go and find that it’s extremely accurate. We’ve had it so long. I had to replace the batteries out because we’ve worn them out. That was very simple to do.The scale itself is very simple to use. Just remember that if you move it you need to zero it out by putting your foot on it briefly and letting it reset back to zero before stepping on the scale.The scale may not always show you what you want to see but it is accurate. It’s nice. I like the clear glass. It seems very durable so far we’ve had no issues with any cracked plastic feet or anything so it’s held up very well. I would recommend it. It’s worked out very well for us so far.

Wow! These are the best, easiest to use scales I’ve ever seen!!! Open the box, put it on the floor and it works! The batteries are ALREADY installed, there’s no assembly and the weight is accurate!!! The scales are also attractive and non-intrusive. I am so pleased with this excellent product.

Affordable Smart Scale
If you need assistance with managing your overall health, this scale not only gives you your weight but a number of other body measurements that will help you track your overall fitness level. It is simple to use once you download the accompanying app (VeSync). The app gives you more than you may want in tracking anything health related but better to have more and not use it rather than not having it available. Only wish would be that it supported more third party apps.

This scale is a #+*$@! liar! Okay. Okay. It’s not a liar. It’s just more accurate than my previous scale that had me believing I was four pounds lighter…This scale is really great. It measures all the things and automatically connects to and updates the app on my phone. It knows the difference between the little woman and I without having to be told.
