Cleanse your yoni!
I let it cool for 6 minutes before sitting over the steam. It was nice and warm. Make sure to wrap yourself with a blanket or towel to keep the steam from coming out. After I steamed for about 15 minutes the third day I started my period and I was surprise cause I usually start my period really late before the month ends so this was a nice change. Iâm going to use it after my period is done too. 🙂 what a great way to start self care this year!!
