Some tips for your smart TV with DVD Player
The remote control has 2 modes, Infrared (IR) and Bluetooth. To use the DVD player it is necessary to switch the remote control to IR mode. You can skip the Bluetooth pairing of the remote control during the initial setup or follow the steps below to switch the remote control mode.
1. Press HOME on your remote control,
2. Go to SETTINGS in the top right corner of the screen,
3. Scroll down to REMOTE AND ACCESSORIES,
4. Select the remote control from the list and unpair it.
5. Press the SOURCE button on the remote control and select DVD.

Wow What great Customer Service!
I bought this TV for my RV to replace my old broken one. I had trouble mounting it and asked customer service for their help. They answered all of my questions and was more than happy to help. This TV sounds great and the picture was so bright and clear. Very Happy with it!

Impossible to reach seller
I was having some issues with the tv and tried to contact the seller with no success. I contacted Amazon and they couldnât make contact with the seller either. Amazon made it easy to return for a full refund.

Quality but missing mounting screws
Quality TV, it just It doesnât come with the mounting screws which are M4 x 8mm, so make sure to order some ahead of time if you donât want to have it on a stand!

Doesn’t do all it claims.
PROS: Picture was nice. Easily hooked up to my sound bar with appropriate cable. Traveled well.
CONS: I could not mirror my android phone to it. It wouldn’t play about 80% of my HUGE DVD collection; and yes, ALL of my DVDs were purchased here in the US and are not formatted for other regions! The remote and different menu screens/settings screens were not intuitive/user friendly. I kept trying to find a screen I was on before, but never could find it again!
All in all, I messed around with that thing for a combined amount of time equaling about 2 hours and got no where. So back it went. I wound up using a regular TV and separate DVD player in my RV, and connected my phone with a dongle that doesn’t require Wi-Fi (purchased on Amazon). WAY cheaper.

Had some issues with tv, possibly some was my fault and ignorance. After reaching out to customer support a couple times I came in contact with Maggie. She was incredibly proactive to address and correct my issues. Thanks to her am happy with my purchase

The TV is perfect for our Motorhome. The only issue is the Remote does not work for Google Assistant.

Screen problem
Black vertical line down center of screen.. threw the box & xtra parts out before testing, now itâs a hassle to return

black thick vertical line running from top to bottom
Just rec’d the 32″ yesterday..came a day late…unfortunately there is a black wide vertical line that runs down from the top of the tv to the bottom whether or not the tv is in use or a dvd..very disappointed..while tracking the shipping it seems to go to 3 states to come here..maybe got banged around too much..I think it could have been cushioned better in the box..will be calling sylvox tomorrow (Mon.)..today is Sunday.
