Horrible company with defective products. I bought and assembled the zoom75 and when I realized I had a defective piece I tried contacting customer service. It took weeks for them to get back to me and after a lot of back and forth, they said they would mail me the new part and never did. This is unacceptable for a nearly $300 keyboard. Buy a pre-assembled keychron. This keyboard and its company is not worth it, trust me.
