I am still taking the pills and the difference is not clear, but the duration is short and certainly many factors accompany the effective effect, such as healthy eating, hair care and ideal mental health. It helped my nails grow faster and thicker – I didn’t re-order immediately because that wasn’t worth the money for me at the time. I just took of my acrylics and my nails are really thin and weak now causing me to remember this stuff, so I am ordering more now!!
